It becomes available after you begin with the Chapter 7-1. <\/strong>To activate it, you need to interact with an NPC known as Alfred<\/strong> in the Beat Square Subway Station<\/strong>. He will give you the task of fighting some Mad Gear goons. After completing the task, head back and talk to Alfred. During this conversation, he will tell you about the Delta Red Special Forces Unit based in the UK.<\/p>\n

For the next step, you need to travel to King Street in the UK<\/strong>. Once you reach there, a cutscene featuring Cammy will show up.
