Talk to Norvid while the Ostara Festival is going on and he will talk to you about decorating the settlement to celebrate the festival. He will need your help to place settlement decorations and make Ravensthorpe more festive which is how you can start this side quest easily. While you are speaking to him, ask about how to decorate and Norvid will tell you all about it.<\/p>\n

Follow the markers to find items that can be decorated. Use your Raven if you need any more help finding the locations of the dragon heads\/pedestals. Interact with\u00a0them and you will see the “Decorative Element” prompt. Choose any Settlement cosmetic because it doesn’t really matter what you pick. Once you <\/span>place 5 Decorations<\/strong>, go back to Norvid and talk to him. He will give you 50 Festival Tokens as a reward and this will complete the Let’s Get Festive quest in AC Valhalla.<\/span><\/p>\n
